Order Processing and Shipping

Fuss Jewelry items are handcrafted with care. Often a piece is handmade to order, and can take up to one week to be made but usually between 24 and 48 hours. Upon receipt of your order, I will send an email to let you know when to expect delivery.

If you need a piece of jewelry rush delivered, please email wendy [at] fussjewelry.com about availability. If I have the piece on hand I will usually package the item for shipping within 24 hours.

Returns or Exchanges:

I want you to love your jewelry and wear it often, however, if it is not as you expected or if you are not completely satisfied with your Fuss jewelry, you can return it within 5 days of receipt, if and only if the following criteria are met:

--original tag is still intact

--you have emailed me at wendy [at] fussjewelry.com to request a return id number.

--you have taken care in packaging your return in a BOX with padding inside (preferably the original packaging). If your package arrives in a padded envelope or other flimsy packaging and is damaged, I cannot reimburse your costs.

--you insure the package for return delivery. I cannot be responsible for lost return items.

--return item with the jewelry pouch it arrived in.

--return the item with the original receipt.

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

Repairs

I stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of fuss jewelry. If a piece breaks due to normal wear and tear within 21 days of purchase, I'll be happy to repair it for you free of charge. Repairs after 21 days will be assessed a small fee. Email me first at wendy [at] fussjewelry.com for a repair id number.

A tip for untangling a chain: Hold the necklace by one end only with the clasp undone and let the necklace dangle down. Now gently turn the piece until it is untangled. It is very difficult and not advised to attempt to untangle a necklace while the clasp is closed and on your neck.
