Gorgeous natural patterns in this mookaite jasper are accented by a cluster of gemstones I wove with gold fill wire above--pink tourmaline, pink sapphire, rose quartz, rhodolite garnet and champagne citrine. These earrings measure just under 2 1/4 inches long.
A gorgeous lilac landscape--this amethyst agate has mesmerizing striations of white to violet. I set it in argentium sterling silver (tarnish resistant) and added a lush fringe of amethyst rondelles and lilac shades of spinel--all set on silver headpins. The pendant suspends from a chain that adjusts from 28 to 30 inches. Please let me know if you'd rather it shorter.
I couldn't wait to add my freeform coiled wire wraps to these amethyst nuggets. The amethyst are randomly shaped and faceted and are a soft lilac shade. They pair so well with the gleam of the gold fill wire. No two stones are the same, so I paired them up in similar sizes and you will receive ONE of these gorgeous pairs. The last two photo groupings are meant to show the variety in shape of the stones. The amethyst are not flawless--demonstrating some inclusions typical of real stones found in nature--but all are beautiful!
These amethyst earrings dangle to a length of about 1 1/8 inches long.
These faceted drops of citrine are stunning! I thought the lovely sunny glow of these stones would pair fantastically well with the subtle color of polished aquamarines. I wrapped the aquamarines in gold fill wire to form flowers and added a cluster of ethiopian opal rondelles at the center on 14k solid gold headpins. The opals pick up the golden glow of the citrine below. All wire (except for the headpins which are solid gold) is quality gold fill. These earrings measure 1 5/8 inches in length. Citrine is November's birthstone--lucky ladies!
Blue peruvian opal "petals" in a gorgeous mix of blues, tans and black dendrites are wrapped in gold fill wire to form a flower. Below dangles a super high quality aqua chalcedony (dyed as is common with this stone). The chain is composed of hand wrapped white chalcedony, a cluster of peruvian opal on vermeil headpins, clustered gold fill chain, a dangling tourmalinated quartz and a large freshwater pearl. The necklace adjusts from 21 to 23 inches with a 2 1/2 inch focal drop. All wire is quality gold fill.
