I began by gently doming an oval of sterling silver and fusing delicate grasses and 18k gold dots to the surface. Below I dangled a layered flower with a dense cluster of freshwater pearls at the center on 18k gold headpins. The earwire is 18k gold as well. All of the silver has been given a deep oxidized patina. The earrings measure 1 7/8 inches in total length and 1 1/8 inches at the widest point.
These earrings make a simple, bold statement in a lovely shade of aqua blue/green. Long, teardrop shaped amazonite is enhanced by rich gold fill wire coiled knots. I have suspended the stones from quality gold fill earwires.
Love these beauties! I wrapped watermelon tourmaline, pink sapphire and faceted rose quartz with gold fill wire and suspended them from your choice of a short or long kidney earwire. Flowers measure approximately 5/8 of an inch in diameter.
Faceted aquamarine, tanzanite, chalcedony, rose quartz and moss aquamarine woven with gold fill wire. 1 1/4 by 1 1/4 inches. Will arrive in one of my taffeta jewelry pouches--perfect for gift giving and storing your jewelry.
